What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is recommended. Consider layers to adjust for room temperature changes.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email once registration is submitted.
Is a hotel room included in my registration fee?
No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee, however, we have secured a special hotel room rate at the hotel. Please visit our travel page for more information and to book your room
Are meals included with my registration fee?
All registered attendees will receive the following meals: Networking reception and dinner on Sunday night. Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Reception and dinner on Tuesday night.
How do I submit special dietary requests?
Please indicate any special dietary needs during the registration process when prompted.
What if I already registered and want to add the golf outing onto my registration?
If you have already registered and wish to add on golf, please contact the events team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in adding golf to your registration. If you have not registered yet, you can add golf on to your registration during the process.
What is the refund policy if the event is cancelled?
If the event gets cancelled, you will have the opportunity to get a refund or defer to a different year.
Are there any precautions being taken due to Covid19?
We will be following CDC guidelines that the venue provides us.

Cancel before 1/31/2023 – full refund, less $100
Cancel before 2/25/2023 – full refund, less $200
Cancel before 3/11/2023 – full refund, less $300
Cancel before 3/25/2023 – full refund, less $400
