What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is recommended. Consider layers to adjust for room temperature changes.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email once registration is submitted.

Are accommodations included in my registration?
The registration price does not include a hotel room, but we will have a block of rooms reserved at a special rate. More info coming soon.

How do I submit special dietary requests?
Please indicate any special dietary needs during the registration process when prompted.

What is the refund policy if the event is cancelled?
If the event gets cancelled, you will have the opportunity to get a refund or defer to a different year.

Are there any precautions being taken due to covid19?
We will be following CDC guidelines that the venue provides us.

What is the refund/cancellation policy if I can no longer attend?
Cancel before 1/31/2023 – full refund, less $100
Cancel before 2/25/2023 – full refund, less $200
Cancel before 3/11/2023 – full refund, less $300
Cancel before 3/25/2023 – full refund, less $400
