The annual NAG Conference is the epicenter of connections for small, mid-sized, and family owned convenience retail chains. Throughout the event there is no shortage of opportunities to meet new peers, visit with long time friends, and learn from each other along the way. 40 Under 40 Reception

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Sunday 3/10 – YEO Members and 40 Under 40’s Only, Additional RSVP Required
The opening evening for the NAG Conference is all about warm welcomes and as the newest inductees to CStore Decisions’ 40 Under 40 an additional welcome is necessary! Each inductee will receive recognition and we will all cheers to the 2023 class of 40 under 40! The 2023 40 Under 40 recipients are allotted a plus one!

Closing Reception & Dinner at the Aquarium

5:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Tuesday 3/12
The event may be winding down but the fun won’t stop! The closing reception and dinner features private access to the aquarium before one last night of hospitality. Enjoy a drink and dinner with the folks you’ve gotten to know over the last few days. Be sure to grab any last business cards as we’ll all head home in the morning.

Retail Leaders Exchange – Monday 3/11
Burning Issues Exchange – Tuesday 3/12

Behind closed doors, attendees will have the chance to discuss openly with their industry peers. Sharing your own experience around a certain topic and listening to others is a great way to foster connection with those around you. The Info Exchange program has been a staple of NAG for years and continues to demonstrate value for those to engage. When the session is over you’ll have new perspectives and certainly a new friend or two, as well.

Open Night for Dinner

Times vary on Sunday 3/10 and Monday 3/11
After a busy day, a quiet room-service meal can seem appealing, but you’d be leaving so much on the table. All NAG Conference attendees are here to connect and get to know each other better. Each night that’s open for dinner is another opportunity to share an experience with a peer/ colleague. If you would like the NAG team to help connect you with potential dinner comrades, please let us know, we’re happy to help!

Retail Innovation Tour – Self Guided

Times vary on Monday 3/11, Tuesday 3/12, and Wednesday 3/13
The waterfront area of Tampa is undergoing an overhaul. The city has invested a lot to bring business and residential growth to this historically underutilized cruise ship area. The benefit to us is all the excellent retail offers that demonstrate innovation and creative use of space. Inspiration is all around us and these highlighted destinations are just that. An overview will be provided during the general session, but be sure to grab your team or perhaps someone new to the NAG events and take a stroll to see these places with your own eyes.

Social Networking Evenings

8:30 PM – 10:00 PM on Sunday 3/10 and Monday 3/11
Back by popular demand, these after-hour evenings allow attendees to keep the conversations going. Attendees will get the chance to wind-down their day on the patio overlooking the Tampa canals.
