Alan Adato is the the senior merchandising and procurement manager for Yesway. He joined the company four years ago and is responsible for overseeing several categories, ancillary services and private label initiatives for 423 stores.
Alan oversees and manage a portfolio of Yesway and Allsup’s private label products merchandised throughout the store. The company recently introduced Yesway and Allsup’s private label products across all stores.
Prior to Yesway, Alan worked for McLane Company as an account specialist, Anheuser-Busch InBev as a category analyst, and ACH Food Companies as a category manager in their foodservice division.
Alan also worked for Pella Windows and Doors’ National Accounts Division as a sales representative and then an inventory manager overseeing all Pella products sold in Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers.
Alan graduated from the University of Maryland and Relocated to Des Moines, Iowa 17 years ago with his wife, Wendy and twin boys, Michael and Ethan.
