Brad Chivington currently serves as Senior Vice President for Highs of Baltimore, LLC headquartered in Baltimore, Md. Highs currently own and operate 47 “Highs” convenience stores. They also own and operate Carroll Motor Fuels Division that services approximately 250 dealer locations in Maryland as well as a commercial fuels business that services clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Having worked in all facets of the convenience store industry, Brad brings over 28 years of experience to the business. He is noted for growing sales & profits, improving bottom line results, providing creative marketing solutions and much more. His unique & positive management style has aided in developing and building strong management teams & employees. Brad has been instrumental in contributing to store design & concepts making key changes that have resulted increased traffic and customer satisfaction. Brad’s highly developed skills and management style are a result of his experience working for chains such as 7-Eleven, Travel Centers of America, Fas Mart and Turkey Hill.
Brad currently sits on the Board for Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge, is a former Board member of the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association (PFMA), and serves on a number of Industry advisory councils.
Brad and his wife Claire reside in Willow Street, PA and have two children, Kylie and Austyn, along with their rescue Doberman, Anina.
