Important Dates & Deadlines
  • Sponsor Set-up: Sunday, 3/26/23 from 1:00PM – 5:00PM
  • Sponsor Tear-down: Wednesday, 3/29/23 from 12:00PM – 3:00PM. Tear down can begin no earlier than 12:00pm.
  • Hotel Room Block Deadline: March 3, 2023
